Understaffed dirty, unorganized and unprofessional office. Papers and files piled high all around the reception area. Called for help or an appointment for nasal congestion last year, and poison ivy the year before and he returned my call literally two weeks later both times. I have never left a negative google review, but I am leaving the country and simply need an official copy of my medical records, and this is what is happening:
