The owner, think his name is "Mike," the older guy driving slowly by, with head outside of car window, peering out like a creep. When I told the other ladies to be aware of this guy, seriously, I was freaked out/concerned, it was then I learned who the guy was. Apparently, it was the owner, think she said his name was "Mike,?? Could be sure I'm recalling that correctly?? We were taking outside three, maybe six minutes, TOPS & that triggered him to do a creep fly by, hilarious to see such a reaction. Miles motel is the landlord of my apartment building. They are efficient, friendly, and kind people!

Management is very kind and helpful. It is what it is for the price of the rooms. The maintenance of the hotel needs a lot of help.

Filthy rooms that smell bad, oldbroken down appliances, bugs, holes in walls. Listened to drug deal outside at night. This place should be condemned. The staff don't care and it shows. If you tell them the room was not cleaned before you stayed, they ignore you. They are worthless !
I really give it no stars if possible.

Its ok for a motail its hight on price and they don't have enuff shower tools and there is no hot water only cold showers

The room my wife and little daughter stayed in was filthy and horrifying. Stuff like bug husks and dust bunnies fell from the ceiling where the vent was above the toilet. The beds are beyond mortifying when you pull the sheets off. Period stains and dingy Sud and dirt was on it. Smells like cigarette smoke bad in the room when you first walk in. Coakroaches are a problem as well. They don't do refunds so be sure not to hastily buy into a room without examining it first. It's not family friendly. Lots of druggie ppl around. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

You only go here when there’s nowhere else to go. Mary and her husband are slum lords. We experienced pest control problems. Management did not properly address any maintenance issues. Our apartment and the building almost burned to the ground because of shoddy TV cable wiring. The bathroom ceiling fell through because of a sewer leak while our son was showering. (Mary had the gall to say the water wasn’t dirty.) Mold grew in the apartment because of leaks. Everything is filthy. Police are there regularly. I’d want the place shut down for health and safety reasons except there are a lot of

I would give 0 stars if I could...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible rooms cigarette burns on everything, fridge was disgusting I wouldn't sit my bag in this room, canceled my stay and booked at another hotel. Please don't risk your health, your belongings and your comfort staying here. I can't believe these guys are in business?? Never again!
