I was visiting family in chandler and i just needed a night and everything was going well but when i showered and got out, the floor was full with water & when i woke up this morning i saw roaches! i think 100 and something is tooo much for this place.

Not only is this place run down and dirty, but the staff here is INCREDIBLY rude and abrasive. I was here last week and decided to sleep in and let them charge me the $35 late fee, as there was a sign at check in stating you can check out no later than 2 pm. It was 11:45 am and the person at the front desk BARGED into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING and SCREAMING at me to "get the f*** OUT cause checkout was 2 f'ing hours ago". She ran back to the front desk and left the door completely open. I have never seen anyone in customer service act so beligerant and insane in my 28 years of life

Charged me $15 for "2 damaged towels" supposedly from makeup. I honestly feel this is a part of doing business as a hotel and I have never in my life been charged for towels. In light of what seemed like dirty sheets and an overall dirty room I find it out right offensive. I literately slept on top of my own blankets because the office attendant told us they don't wash the sheets. There was cockroaches to boot. They make you wait while they wash towels so getting fresh towels in the morning could take up to an hour. This place is gross and their service sucks.

I stayed at this establishment and was severely disappointed. I reserved a room online and was I got to the inn to check in I was told that I was supposed to put a credit card down so they can guarantee I would have a room. This is not what the website said or else I would have done that ( it's not like people are jumping over themselves to get rooms here). There was also a $50 deposit that was not disclosed before the reservation was made. I triple checked the website and it didn't say anything about this fee. The inn attendant was very rude and keep barking orders at me. She talked

Biggest dump with cockroaches everywhere. After reviewing my credit card statement I noticed an extra $50 on my statement. When I called to inquire I was told it was because I did not check out at front desk, but left key in room like every other hotel on the planet.
The woman blamed me for not reading sign in agreement. When I asked for supervisor or manager she said her boss does not communicate and does not have a phone number for me to call. She said there is no one in charge to talk to. What BS.
I will make it my mission to track down the owner and call him for this crap.

The motel was only about 1/4 full, but they put us in a room clear around the back of the place where there were no lights and no grass. It was all dirt out front of our room. Across the wall from our room there was some kind of bar or something playing loud music until late in the evening. The deadbolt didn't work, so we pushed the fridge in front of the door for our peace of mind. There were no towels. When I went to the office to get some she said they were in the wash and she'd have to go get them, but we couldn't have washcloths because there weren't any clean ones. She

I forgot to check the reviews because I booked through Expedia and trusted that they would refer a decent hotel. The photos were a LIE!!! This place is a disaster!! Never again!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Looks NOTHING like the photos online. Pool is not working and not even filled up. When I asked why the pool wasn't working Aleshia (front desk) said "I don't know". She was unprofessional and very unhelpful. We asked to see the room first because it looked dumpy. This was a dive. I called and was told a price and then was charged more plus a $20 deposit. Then was charged an additional $10 for a nasty old towel I used to clear my dirty shoes that needed to be washed. You think for $85 for one night at an old dive that had a broken chair a tv that only had one station and they called to ask if I was gonna check out or not even though you know when check out is, then go and check the room before u leave like you were stealing the crap that was there. Also the pool was filled with nasty water the lady told another couple that normally she wouldn't let

Judging by the blood stains on my bead spread and the knife gashes in the mattress, whoever stayed in my room last did not have a good time. It is not immediately obvious if the culprit is the insect I found on my sheet, or the dead cockroach in my bathroom. The staff did inform me that I had to fix the bed myself and that they were unwilling to issue a refund. The pool was nice though!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IF YOU STAY AT THIS PLACE! My daughter and I thought that this would be a great place for my girls and I to stay for a few days before we relocated to another state. Upon driving up to the front entrance, I noticed one of the rooms' window broken out. Bricks and slabs of wood lying next to another rooms entrance way. The pool had about 2 inches of green, slimy fluid with debris floating in it. My daughter laugh as I relayed my observations to her. After a long drive i was looking to relax and rest. At $150 for the room i was more than discussed. I pull into the drive to see 4 squad cars and thought this is odd, but okay. I had saw poor reviews on yelp and questioned an employee
He stated that the person who recently left one was upset aboit not getting their depoist returned. And it is a clean place to stay. Not so much.

The front desk staff, particularly the manager Donna, are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was erroneously charged an extra $50 deposit that was not refunded. When I called to ask about it, Donna promised me a call back within an hour and I never heard from her. When I called back on another day, she refused to get on the phone with me, giving various excuses such as shift change, doing a check in, and talking to a housekeeper. I was given the "shift change" excuse at both 11 am and 2 pm, which seems strange. I was given the excuse that she was checking in another guest at 11 am,

The $50 deposit was an odd policy, even if it was refundable. Wifi was not blazing fast, but better than burning through my data plan.
The walls are pretty thin, considering that there was an amorous couple next door, and I could hear her in the throes of passion. At 3 am. That's what I get for leaving the AC off.

I had been staying with my daughter in Mesa, but she was leaving the next day to go on a cruise with the family she is Nanny for so I checked into the Chandler Inn for my last couple of nights in town.. I'd much rather stay here than Motel 6 or a more expensive place. It is central in town and reasonably priced, but they are not perfect. When I checked in I remembered the sign outside said AARP rates but when I asked I was told their rates are the same and they have the best rates in town. This is absolutely true, but still confusing based on the advertisement outside on the sign.
