Community Associations Institute - Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2013, CAI provides information and education to community associations and the professionals who support them. This organization is based in Downers Grove and they publish 3 difference industry magazines and hold several educational and recreational events throughout the year.

The Chicago Property Services innovative management service offerings are designed to fit around the needs and lifestyles of the homeowners and board members of associations.
Checks are made payable to your associations. Please include your customer ID in the memo area or include your remittance stub with the check. Can I drop off my assessment check in your office? We do not accept payments in our office. In the event you do drop it off, it will be mailed to the lockbox and your account may be subject to a late fee depending on when it arrives to the lockbox.
CPS staff is very available to answer questions and help. The staff has been incredibly nice and really has taken the time to answer various questions over the phone, which I really appreciate. I am new to having a management company and have been trying to learn about how this all works, and they have all been very helpful.

I'm the Board President for my building. We have had 3 companies in the last two years. This is due to a combination of irrational people in my building and the negligent actions of several prior board members. I'm writing this in response to Happy Habs-who lives in my building. I'm going to try and hold my temper and be as civil as possible. We have had CPS since Jan 2020. Every time we have had a problem we have received excellent and timely service. They have always sent email(s) describing and updating any repair/service in my building. I've never had an issue and highly recommend them for

I have worked with Chicago Property Services for the past 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences with Salvatore and his team. I own a condo at a building in Lakeview and we've never had issues with the janitors, the landscaping or the snow removal. I'm happy I quoted my bathroom and kitchen remodeling with CPS as they handled it for much less than my other contractors. I haven't been a homeowner for decades but we've had a different property manager before and I can say with confidence, it's better with CPS. Hope things stay the same and I'm curious to see their new management website.

The passion and commitment that Salvatore has for his clients, this industry and his employees is amazing.
He truly cultivates a culture that is client focused. I remember one day a boiler went down at one of our clients buildings and both he and I were out at the property to meet the company during the emergency call at 2 am. This isn't every time, but again when needed you will see that the level of commitment is second to none!
