Kim with Ebeling Events is so wonderful and easy to work with! Extremely organized! We hired her to take care of a picnic set up and it was amazing! The tables are such great quality. The pillows are so nice! They have so many other things to rent out to make the experience perfect! I highly recommend! Very prompt service!

Kim was an excellent coordinator! She came on pretty late into the process as our prior coordinator cancelled on us, but she got dialed in immediately. She asked all good questions to get caught up and also ones we had not thought through yet. She had recommendations based on experience that were super helpful. She was super organized and nice! She even jumped into the pool to grab a family member's phone they had dropped. 10/10 stars!

I recently used Ebeling Events at my proposal on the beach and they did a fantastic job. Kim was communicative and on top of everything that goes into planning a proposal. She was extremely helpful when it came to ocean tides, having back up plans, and allowing our photographer to be included in all the planning. I worked with Kim Ebeling in Munds Park in northern Arizona and it was an absolute delight! I was the DJ in this particular event and I was happy to be working with a professional of Kim's caliber because although there were a lot of logistical challenges, she lead the vendor team to create a great environment for the couple and their loved ones. The best decision my husband and I made about our wedding was hiring a planner - specifically Kim. She made our lives so much easier and made wedding planning extremely stress-free. We hired her from the beginning all the way to the end. Throughout the 10 months we spent planning the wedding, my friends would often comment how relaxed I was and I would often say, "That's cause we have an amazing planner!"

We hired Kim for her Sommelier expertise for a private dinner in Malibu (for a work anniversary). We are based in Washington, D.C. so all her help with pre-planning and her recommendations were incredibly helpful! Onsite she was sweet, fun, knowledgeable, entertaining and incredibly professional. This review is long overdue, but we love you Kim! Honestly one of the best experiences of our wedding. Kim and her team were very attentive to our needs (even the ones we didn't know we had) and willing to do whatever needed to be done to make our wedding a success. Kim is a true rockstar, and I highly encourage anyone planning a wedding in LA to hire her! She served as our day of coordinator last weekend at the Adamson House. Our wedding was this past September 2017 at The Ebell of Los Angeles. We hired Kim to coordinate the day for us after meeting her and loving her good energy and personality. Kim is an amazing wedding planner, and she definitely exceeded my expectations! I hired her as my day-of coordinator for my wedding in June 2016, so I only had a handful of conversations with her in the months leading up to the wedding, but once the wedding week started, she was super organized, helpful, and insightful, and always available. So our venue requires a coordinator, and we were stumped. Pretty much anybody could offer their services as a wedding coordinator & charge you $$$, but are they really worth it?
As luck would have it, I noticed on Facebook that Kim started a new career as a coordinator! What set Kim apart was her extensive background in hospitality and HR; her professionalism; and her leadership skills. (Also a huge stroke of luck that she had recently moved, very close to where our venue was located). All the stars aligned.
