Wallace Termite and Construction, Inc. is experienced in identifying and eliminating infestation. We would like to teach you how to care for your home and prevent damage. In order to help us give you the best evaluation of your home. Please see our TIPS section for a few things you can do prior to your termite inspection.
Our company provides our clients with easy to read structural pest control reports with quick turnaround times for all your real estate transactions. We are now including pictures of our findings in our reports. We also include a bid for any repairs that are needed. We also do structural pest control reports for general maintenance of your home.
In order to help us give you the best evaluation of your home, here are a few things you can do prior to your termite inspection. Unlock all exterior gates and interior doors to all rooms/structures that are to be inspected. If your home is built on a raised foundation, the inspector will need to go underneath the house.

I was in the process of buying a house and part of this process involved a form that no one else seemed to be using. I was scheduled to close on 5/28/2021. Every other inspection agency did not have availability until after mid June. Wallace Termite called me back and said we can be there first thing tomorrow at 9:30.
I met James who was 15 minutes early. Kind, professional, and easy to talk to. He was quick and efficient. More importantly, he sent the report back in less than two hours! Amazing!

Pest work at my house was scheduled to start at end of December. They pushed off the work for 2 weeks, and then again indefinitely saying “they would call me to reschedule”. They offered no explanation as to why. After not hearing from them until February I called and they said they were a month out.
