TD Construction was founded in 2003 with roots that go back to 1981. We are a general contractor specializing in residential construction in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. We were founded on the principles of quality construction combined with high level of customer service. We are committed to those principle as much today as we were when we started.

I must have had 15 different window companies and contractors come out to my business to try and diagnose a leaky window issue. Some didn't show up, some left in the middle of the consult without saying anything and some tried to tell us things were broken that clearly were not causing the problem. Being a woman, I'm skeptical that technicians will try to sell me things or services I don't need. Thank goodness I finally found TD construction. TD construction is the BEST. Mike Curtis is an honest man. They came in on time and on budget. My family loves our new outdoor retreat. As this is a vacation home of sorts it was important to enjoy the yard and pool. I have nothing but praise for them. The quality of our patio cover and wine "cellar" is top notch.

When I had purchased my home in Orinda, CA TD Construction had just completed work to rebuild and water proof a deck. The project cost in excess of $25,000 so it was a big project. I was obviously confident that the work was done properly. However, after the first rain, the deck began to leak. They and their tile company, Pueblo Tile made several attempts over the next few years to solve the problem. When I finally got fed up and ask them to take more major steps, they refused. I attempted to take them to small claims court to get some relief. But, because they were technically subcontractors
