Paul Berkley received a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the Ohio State University in 1983, and moved to Tucson in 1983. Paul also completed a two-year program in landscape irrigation at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1987. In 1987, Paul received his Arizona contractor's license.
