Andy's Irrigation

I'm so sad to write this because I had SUCH amazing experiences with this company in 2017-2018. I don't know if the company was sold, or if they had management changes. They certainly have new folks in the office and new field technicians because I never get my usual people that did such a terrific job in the past.

Long story short. They just aren't doing the same amazing job as before. I called for a quarterly maintenance check and the technician spent MAYBE 5 minutes at my house (I KNOW it takes longer than that because I used to watch the previous guy do this). He seemed in

Once again, Andy's irrigation came through with flying colors: several yard lights they installed 15 months ago went out and after several miscommunications & misunderstandings about the situation, they got it all done and said it was still under warranty

They came out when they said they would, and did some repairs for a very reasonable price.

Andy came to our home in Saddlebrooke and explained the system to me as well as replace some emitter heads. I asked if he thought the system should be replaced and his comment was it seemed to be working fine. Very honest, reasonable, professional and polite.

Had an appointment scheduled. No one showed and no one bothered to call to say they weren't coming. Very unprofessional.

Had what I thought was a plumbing/irrigation problem. Plumber suggested I contact an irrigation specialist. It took Eddie, with Andy's Irrigation 5 minutes to determine the loud hum was from the pool float that needed to be replaced.
A week later my irrigation sprung a leak! Again, the problem was quickly detected and repaired by Sammy and crew.
Being very impressed by the above services, I decided to try Andy's gardening skills. Nick and crew didn't disappoint! They were courteous and thorough. The cost is very reasonable and It is comforting to know who to call when these situations arise.

Eddy showed up and went right to work. Eddy was able to diagnose and devise a fix. He had practical solution to solve our irrigation leak. Eddy repaired our leak with high quality parts and even advised us on a separate project. Very pleased with Andys Irrigation & Eddy. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices also.

The pressure in my irrigation system was very low. Allen, the technician, invested time to track down the problem which in my case was corroded piping from the back flow to the irritation box. He replaced the piping quickly. His work was professional and neat. He was as interested in finding a solution as I was. Nice job !

Really professional team! Sammy, the estimator and my main contact, was an excellent communicator, sending photos and returning calls promptly throughout our job. These fine folks installed my irrigation system last winter. When I returned recently I noted a wet spot in the yard occurring at the same time a line was working. 1 call and within a day it was repaired with a good explanation for the issue. Mitch gave us a good refresher on how our system worked too! These guys are always responsive, polite to a fault, clean up after the work is done and charge a fair fee for their professional service. I will always use and refer them!
