Until I opened my mail on a Friday afternoon around 3pm to find a rather intimidating 7 page letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The letter basically demanded the immediate payment of a very large sum of money based on a transaction that occurred several years in the past.
I am a retired senior with limited income. It is an understatement when I say I was totally overcome with PANIC and instant FEAR. I had no idea what to do or who to call.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Mr. Miller worked with my family to assist my mother with an OIC that he settled for half of a percent of what was owed, not a typo.
