Our corporate roots begin in 1958 when the General Insulation Company, Inc. was established. TBN Associates Inc. was formed in 1975 by the merger of General Insulation Company, Inc. and the Burnett-Noble Corporation est. 1963. Our sister company, TRA Thermatech, was formed in 1985 to focus on commercial and industrial new construction projects.
Today, TBN Associates Inc. and TRA Thermatech operate out of Lanham, MD in a 20,000 square foot facility with over 13,000 square feet of warehouse and fabrication shop. We are licensed to work in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and West Virginia and are bonded and fully insured.
