I have lived in Tampa for over 20 years and used many A/C companies in the past. REM is by far the best company I have ever used. I called this morning for a urgent problem of a clogged A/C drain leaking into my bathroom. I called and within an hour, they were at my house. Chris was an awesome tech. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it promptly. He could have gouged out my eyeballs on the price as I was desperate, but the price was fair and reasonable. I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to review this company for anyone else in my "WET SHOES"

We accidentally cut a critical wire to our AC during another renovation on the weekend leaving us with no AC or heat.
Called 5 companies but no one works on the weekends except for REM.
Bobby arrived on Sunday AM and accessed the situation.
First thing Monday AM a team of 4 men arrived to tackle the job.
Owner Joe walked me thru the process and the price.
Even though was expensive they got me out of a jam….
Definitely worth it,than you!

We recently had our new AC system installed by REM. The system they replaced was installed by them 16 years ago. The installation crew was on time and worked as a team. They answered all my questions and made sure we knew how everything worked. REM has always been there when needed. We would highly recommend REM to anyone who wants quality worksmanship and equipment.

Our old system stopped working on a very warm day and they were there in a few hours to repair it. They could have kept it running for a while longer but we had them propose a new system that we found to be very reasonable and it was installed the next day. Their work was neat and professional and we will be using them for as long as we own this house.

REM has been our A/C servicing and installation company for over 10 years! They have been there for us anytime we needed them. I can't think of a better company to call when you need anything for your Air conditioner. Everyone is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the company you should call next time you need help with your A/C! They are heads above all the other companies out there.
