Product and service was great for the last 25 years but since IPS corporation purchased Metacrylics approximately 2 years ago, the company is now a complete disaster. We had back-to-back product failures with the material cracking and falling apart. Their rep, Blake is a true class act. When you're buying product from him, he was super responsive but as soon as there was a problem, he never returned a phone call. I contacted the former owner Dale who I've known for 25 years, Dale met me at the multi-million dollar home that was done just over a year ago and he inspected the roof and said

Installed a new construction over plywood Metacrylic fabric roof 8 years ago. Live in Destin, Florida near the Gulf. Engineer recommended not using low pitched roof but our design dictated the roof. Looked at many systems and this made the most sense to me based on my application, product literature and Government use. It has not been a decision that I have regretted. Storm resistance, low initial cost, low maintenance, resistance to sun and salt air, smaller heat pump equipment necessary and energy savings. All adding up to a system I would recommend to family, friends or clients.
