A1 Computer Support is a minority-owned business that started in a two bedroom house in Baltimore, Maryland. We had one goal at that time: to provide computer services that help businesses stay connected and competitive in a constantly changing, technology driven world. In order for businesses to grow, a connection to both customers and vendors must exist to facilitate the sale of products and services.

Q: What's the average length of an appointment? A: On average, a remote session will take 15 - 30 minutes to complete, and an onsite appointment from 1 to 2 hours. If a problem requires ordering of custom parts, we will attempt to have the part shipped overnight and return to complete the installation.
