We had high expectations after talking with Jim on the phone and meeting with Shawn in person. We spent several hours discussing ways to streamline our business, update our technology and improve overall efficiency of our local Baltimore business. Shawn appeared knowledgeable and professional and had what sounded to be a good ideas and recommendations. We were promised a proposal and assured that this company could meet our needs. Unfortunately there was absolutely no follow through. After not hearing from anyone for over a month, we reached out by email to follow up and still nothing. I guess

Avid to the rescue again! When a storm knocked out my wonderful Avid-installed camera security system early into social-distancing, I promptly squared and cubed the problem trying to fix with on-line info. Instead I inadvertently reduced all the routers to 'out of box' status, erasing all of Shawn's programming. I am an IT Jonah, renowned at work for crashing systems--so when Shawn assured me he could talk me through the restore remotely I was more than skeptical. He was astonishingly patient and talented at translating each step into simple instructions even I could follow-- and re-booted the
