Services
Americare was founded in 1994 by the original owner who sold her interest to Martha Valencia in 1998. Martha grew Americare from a small company into the well-rounded home health agency, primary home care, and DME that exists today. Due to Martha's efforts, Americare now employees over 230 employees, who have seen over 14,000 patients, and have made close to 1,000,000 home visits.

For almost 20 years Valley Wide DME has furnished the Rio Grande Valley with durable medical equipment. My moms nurse didn't know my mom had an open cut infected. She said she wasn't a doctor to know if cut was infected or not..wow, I'm not even a nurse but red, purple and a hole in the skin tells me it needs some serious attention ASAP..Spoke to director and they didn't believe me that nurse had said that and nurse even went as far as to tell me that I should be present when to visits my mom and I would know what she does when she goes to see my mom...Obviously she didn't do her shop because she didn't even know about the infection..I usually don't place reviews but this one I had to let people
