Together, our leadership team holds over 215 years of plastic injection molding experience. Dean first joined Engineering Industries as a summer intern. After receiving his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dean joined full-time in 1979 as a Project Engineer.
