I had a really great experience here today! I broke my glasses this morning (not able to be repaired) and they were so great to help me get new glasses! I was able to schedule an appointment to keep the numbers inside the office down. When I got there they were so helpful and very nice! They just so happened to have lenses in my prescription in the office so I am able to pick them up tomorrow! The customer service here is great!

Everyone here is amazing and caring! I've been in Blacksburg for 4 years for graduate school and have been going to this office for that time. My second year of school, I began developing severe, debilitating migraines that went unexplained and untreated for months after seeing multiple other doctors, including a neurologist. When I visited Dr. Jacobs' office again with complaints of migraines, they saw me for multiple visits while tweaking my prescription with prism to accommodate the changes they were noticing (and there was no charge for the follow-up visits when my migraines persisted). Dr. Diaz was very professional and was able to find a contact lens prescription that works for me after years of not being able to see well. The office staff was friendly and I only had a short wait for my appointments. The staff also works hard to find all applicable rebates and insurance discounts when ordering lenses.

Great staff. I bought my eyeglasses from an online store and asked Dr. Jacobs' clinic if they could check whether those match with my prescription. They checked my eyeglasses, helped me to adjust them on my face, and gave me good advice for free. I believe that staff there are professional, kind, and very helpful.

A very positive experience. I went in bright and early in the morning after breaking my glasses the night before, the staff was extremely nice and eager to help. They fixed my glasses on the spot and gave my a new case for my glasses for free! Incredible experience and now I know where I'm going to go to for my next pair of glasses.
