The quality is very poor, they lie to your face and you need a magnifying lens to see their proffessionalism. I am so much disappointed that I want to yell at them but that does not look matured so wrote this feedback. But it was my mistake after their worst 3 star rating I let my wife go there.

I went in for a bob cut showed her a picture of what I wanted and I even told her please don’t cut more than an inch and she gave me a super short layered boy cut. Nothing like the picture. She even cut my side burn really short only on one side. Don’t recommend this place for haircuts. Not professional. Now I don’t like my hair at all. :’(

I had a really great experience with this salon. It was up to date with the Covid guidelines. The service was good and quick. The salon was clean and they were cleaning it after every customer using it. Romy was really accommodating in each service she provided. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I just went in and got my eyebrows done by Jess. She was very quick And to the point. I asked her to clean my eyebrows and shape them just a little bit and she did exactly that! She went with my natural shape and left some hair so I could grow out my eyebrows, I like that she was considerate of the long-term health of my eyebrows. Mediocre customer service, but their services were great and to the point

I was so happy to have Seema cut my hair this week, now that she and her salon are permitted to open and operate outdoors. Seema did a great job cutting my hair - she is quick, understands how to cut well wavy and curly hair, and her prices are very reasonable. She has done all the required safety protocols and I felt very safe having my hair cut by her in the outdoors. Thanks Seema!

I have been going to Seema's for a while now. They are an average Indian beauty parlor. They are fast in service and was reasonably priced until my last time there. I went there for hair color and I brought my own color too. They charged me $50 for applying the color & another $55 for washing & blow drying the hair after that. I have paid Aveda the same price and that included Aveda products. Also, my daughter had her hair washed & wanted a blow dry style. They charged her $50 for hair wash & another $55 for blow dry styling. When I questioned the charge, they mentioned that

This place is trash!!! Not only did the lady keep tugging at my nose ring($40 value) while doing my eyebrows, but she actually snatched it out my nose with the thread. Mind you this is a bone nose piercing and is very hard to take off. They pretended to look for it and then offered me CHEAP dollar store nose ring that they sold saying "it's on the house" like excuse me??? TO TOP IT OFF THEY STILL CHARGED ME AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY BECAUSE THE CHARGE WAS UNDER 15$ it would be 60 cents more but they would waive it THIS TIME..... If I could do 0 stars I would no wonder this place was

I still go there regularly...now to get hair colored, whether it be henna or the chi hair coloring....very happy with results.
Going on Tuesdays and Wednesdays has worked well, because they are not as crowded. I also appreciate that when I call ahead, I am able to get same day appointments.
Totally recommend this place!

I come here whenever I'm in town for a quick arms waxing and eyebrow cleanup, and they are always quick to fit me in and efficient. I never have any complaints with regards to my eyebrow threading, and they always take into account that I like to keep mine a little fuller and just re-shaped when I come in. I've brought my mom here a few times, and she's always pleased with their eyebrow and chin threading as well. I've never had any missed spots or reasons to complain about the waxing, and they make it pretty painless considering they're ripping hair out so quickly!

Hands down the best threading salon place in Bay area!! The salon has a laid back and comfortable vibe. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. Wait time is short. Great place for very reasonably priced waxing. One note, for now, the salon accepts cash or checks only.
The lady who does my brows, Karam, is experienced, professional and simply exceptional at her craft. She listens carefully, advises and does an impeccable and flattering shaping of the brows. I do not think I can trust anyone else with my brows.

I did full hands waxing, under arms and 3/4 leg waxing - I kept pointing out that they missed massive patches, but the staff kept explaining how fine hair won't come out. My hands still looked like they haven't been waxed. I paid 83$ for this service while other places that charge half this price do a very clean job without even leaving a single hair. I also did eyebrows, I specified earlier that any sharp changes will change my face structure. Even after listening to all that, the staff completely removed part of my brow to give it a "defined cleaner" shape. Seema was nice
