Loved that I can walk in anytime and get my nails done. not too long of a wait. great at making my nails look so wonderful. I even broke my nail in the middle and the lady fixed it best she could for me and you… can't even tell it's broken with the great job she did. they also painted my daughters nails for me and did a great job.

I've never been to a nail salon or had my nails done, and I told this to my tech. I wanted a manicure and was told a "full set" since I bite my nails. I did not get a manicure, the nails were crooked and mis-shapen, did not even go to my cuticle. My tech was very unprofessional... her top left her belly showing, short shorts, she was on her phone and was vaping. She did not talk hardly at all... she tapped on the light box for me to put my hands in. The manager tried to make things right, but I will probably never be back... I don't even know the tech's name to put it

The cost of these places have gone up so much it’s ridiculous. They charge an additional $5.00 for every little thing and they don’t let you know up front. The nail tech wouldn’t let me really look at the charges when checking out and was rude. They need to be more transparent about additional costs. Never again. $60.00 for mediocre nails, no thanks.

I received a pedicure Friday and today is Monday and my polish is chipping. I called and the guy that answered was very rude advising if I would have got a gel pedicure it would have lasted longer and this is what I should expect with regular polish. I paid 50 dollars for this pedicure and I always tip I'm very upset. I will just go to another salon and get it fixed. I was willing to pay to have fixed the guy was so rude.....Scott the tech was nice though

I debated on making this review because I don't like to talk bad on others but I would rather make it so someone else could save their money. My sister & I made an appointment for a fill on a acrylic set days before appointment. When we got there we had to wait 45 minutes because they didn't have anyone there who was not busy experienced in fills. Then I finally get taken back. Definitely recommend! I have been coming here for over five years and have never been disappointed. They have plenty of polish choices, a very friendly staff, and multiple professional services. I get both my fingernails and pedicures done here. Bring your friends and family! You can easily make appointments and get everyone's nails done together. Love this place!

I almost gave up getting my nails done until I went here. I can't even get over how strait they are and the shape I wanted is perfect(stiletto)! Im so happy with how they look and even happier with how they feel none of my fingers are sore or tender which I was starting to think was normal when getting acrylics but its not! I will keep going back for sure for all my fills and sets. Such a friendly and really clean environment.

Wish I would of known that this place has the same owner as the new shop they opened in the Belden Park Crossings plaza and seen the reviews prior to going to the new location! Wouldn’t recommend either place! Who wants to pay more money for less services!! Horrible customer service! The places look nice, DON’T BE FOOLED!

This is my usual spot. And usually my service and nails are amazing every time. This past time I went in and sat with someone who I've never seen there before. When she was taking my gel polish off my acrylic nails she was letting it get so hot that my nails were on fire. She nicked me a couple times and then my gel nails that I paid an extra 20$ for on top of acrylic was lifting by day 4. I will not be returning here. Too busy not enough techs that do high quality work. Vu and Debbie are the best there if you do decide to go.

I needed a pedi on a Sunday so I skipped my usual place and tried L V. At first glance this place is ok. I got offered a drink and I got a coke, that's a plus. The pedicure was pretty nice, I opted for a sugar scrub which is extra but it felt really good. I got a French polish that chipped with in 4 days. It totally bummed me out since I was on vacation and wanted my toes to look good for the beach and my flip flops. Won't be back!

My family is new to the area, so I had to find another nail salon. LV Nails is located at the Belden Village Mall.
After not having a good experience at another local solan, I tried LV. The salon is very busy with staff and customers. It was very clean and organized. Brian did my SPA mani/ped, which I enjoyed. He was very detailed and ckd on me to make sure I was pleased.
FYI, they don't take appts but you can call ahead for your favorite tech - however, you should expect a 10 - 20 min wait.

This is my second time visiting this salon. It is fairly clean. The tools come in an individual sealed bag. I did witness the staff cleaning each pedi chair after use which is a good situation.
My complaint is that the staff talks more to each other than they do their clients. I'm not looking for a new best friend, but I was there solo for my mani and then met up with a friend for my pedi. The ENTIRE time I was getting my mani the person giving it to me talked to the person next to him. I attempted to make small talk a few times and just gave up. I feel that it is highly unprofessional
