I see Leslie each time and she is awesome! My gel manicures always last 3+ weeks, I only need to go back because my nails get so long and grown out. The polish never chips or peels. She even does fantastic designs and gives great pedicures also! The salon is always clean and all employees are nice and welcoming.

Worst manicure ever. Wanted basic manicure. Technician said upgrade for $10 for better quick drying. Not only do nails look awful 2 days later, but when I asked for the massage with the lotion at the end, I was told not included! So upgrade $10, no hand massage, nails chip after 2 days. I will never return. I want my time and money back

I will not be going back after two awful experiences here. Both times I showed up with a photo and description of what I wanted. One time it was a design and the second time was ombre. If the nail techs cannot do it, they need to just say that instead of trying and doing an awful job. I had my nails done today and she did the ombre backwards and when I asked for white, it came out a very dark gray. They look disgusting and she didn’t even ask if I liked them at the end. All she said was she could add sparkles to make it more white, which I didn’t want. I told her they did not look at all like

My husband and I went in for pedicures.
I get the regular pedicure. He likes to get the full treatment with massage (no polish).
Everyone at Nail Club and Spa is friendly and it is comfortable and very clean there.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a manicure, pedicure or any of the many services they offer.

The pedicure was great although the price guaging is a complete turnoff. This place needs to clearly post their prices so it won't feel like your with a car sales man. The manicure was overpriced and lacking. Not sure if not soaking nails is a new thing but I got some cuticles taken off and a little shaped and gel polish all for $35 for which my polish started chipping the same week by week 2 my nails look horrific. I would have done better with buying my own nail polish and shaping my own nails for $10. I will never get a manicure here but would come back for a pedicure if prices are in writing

If your a poc, specifically black don’t go here unless you want to be treated badly and not get what you’ve paid for. I had booked an appointment with them earlier before my appointment and I sat in the waiting area for 10-20 minutes ignored, but the weird part was when a walk-in came in and was brought to a chair before me and we were getting the same exact manicure done, the little was white which makes sense 🙄. To start off we had appointments at 6pm, we weren’t started on until 7pm. My friend had a very clear idea in mind of what she wanted her nails to look like, and even had a picture of exactly what she wanted. She showed the nail tech many times what she wanted. As the nail tech was doing her nails she continually said it was not what she wanted and they continued to do it. They continued on to say “oh no it’s very pretty it’s fine” that was not the point she did not want that! I’ve been here a bunch of times and it’s usually wonderful but today was not good. Went in with my daughter with an appointment at 11, they got me right in but my daughter sat there for 45 minutes soaking her feet in the water, water was freezing by the time the woman got to her. The tech that she had was not friendly and was so rushed. Her pedicure lasted 6 minutes from start to finish when the tech arrived. She burnt my daughters legs with the hot towel never asked her if it was too hot nothing. They charged $30 for a 6 minute pedicure. My tech did do an excellent job however. The whole experience

Absolutely recommend!!! Terri was beyond accommodating, did a beautiful job, and so very pleasant. I accidendally scuffed my toe and she very kindly repainted and was so nice about it. I have had people in other places give me attitude, but she dropped what she was doing to fix it and wouldn't let me apologize. I really appreciated that, such great service. The place was very clean, comfortable and pretty. My friend loved her experience in the next chair over too. Love my nails, the experience and the people. Definitely am returning!

I went to get a Gel Full Set done on 1.24.2020 Evening. I called in and asked if they had a long wait, they stated they did not. When I arrived I did not have to wait and went straight to the Chair.
The woman who did my nails was a nice lady. I paid $62 to get a full set and my eyebrows waxed. I also gave her a $5 tip. They provided me with a Business Card where you can earn points every time you spend$15 or More. She told me she hopes I come back.
Unfortunately Things did not work on out. I did my nails on Friday 1.24.2020. On 1.28.2020 One Nail Popped off for no reason. On 1.29.2020 other

I went to get my nails fixed her for liquid gel. This is not my original nail place that I go to but since I was in Bridgewater & it was the only place that did liquid gel so I went here. I have gotten my nail fixed before and it have never in my life looked like this. One of the nail is completely uneven and the other one is completely lift. It looked like a job of a 12 years old! So disappointing. I am the type to ALWAYS tip but her work was soo bad that I just couldn't. She let me walked out with my nail looking like that. Good pedicure. Clean, they used plastic liners, etc. But, they charge extra for every little thing. First polish I picked out was $5 more, I asked where the "normal" polish was and was told--black top. I got a new one that was $3 more....I gave up!! Sit down and they try to get you to do a "spa" pedicure--first time I said yes...this time I realized that was yet another up charge! Then to get the calluses off it was $5 more!! (I even brought my own cheese grater looking took--but they need the lotion!).

I am very disappointed. I came in for a dip manicure and worked with Kevin. He skipped a lot of steps including not getting my old dip all the way off my nails and not even putting a base coat on before the dip color. He "didn't feel like doing sparkles" like I had selected, so he did a gel coat on top of the dip. It cracked off in one day on almost all my nails (pictured). In less than a week my thumb has two chips (also pictured). Dip is supposed to last much much longer than a few days. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I overall liked my experience here, but there were a couple of things that made this not a 5 star rating. First of all, there's no point in making an appointment. Me and my mother made an appointment and saw walk ins (who came in 10 mins later) get seated before us. My mom waited about 15 minutes to be seated after our appointment, I waited 30. At this point I'm unbothered because I understand it's busy. Then I meet Kevin. Kevin did a good job on my nails besides the sloppy edges (and oh my god my nail beds were sore the next day). All the other girls were taking out new and sterile

Nails look great but they nickel and dime you for everything. Everything seems to be an up-charge. I had to pay $10 to have dip removed because I went from dip to gel. If I went from dip to dip it wouldn't have cost anything. That being said I should have done dip again because gel vs dip is $10. It wasn't about the price difference I just wanted gel this time. It's too bad everything comes at an extra cost.

This place was a disaster! They told us it would be a 20 min wait - after 40 min they sat my daughter and I beside one another for a pedi - had our feet in cold water, no jets for 10 min for me, 20 min for my daughter. Nobody had us pick out colors beforehand, the massage chair was broken, the pedi was somewhat painful and the girl working the reception desk was a mess!

New to the bridgewater area. Sprained my neck so I was out of work on a Friday and thought what's the best way to do nothing...get my nails done. Asked a Facebook page for recommendations and this place came highly recommended. Went at 930 place was already packed. Got a spa pedicure and a full set of coffin shaped acrylics. Met Chi and she recommending some sparkle for my nails. Love how they came out and was very relaxed. Very clean, quiet and relaxing atmospear. Only 4 stars because you can't tip with a credit card and I'm one who never carries cash. Will definitely be my go

After the owner reached out to me about my experience I went in and got my nails fixed. They look amazing and I couldn't be happier! If you are looking for a chrome mani ask for Vinnie, he does an amazing job.
I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I was happy and I will be going back next time I need a manicure!

I got my nails done on Friday afternoon. I don't know the nail tech - as she did not introduce herself. However, it wasn't bothered. The inside was nicely decorated and it didn't smell like the stereotypical nail salon so I had high hopes.
The techs were all speaking to each other and none of them to their clients - except for one young girl with glasses. She was having a conversation with her client.
I asked for round nails - and was told she didn't have time for that. So I received square nails - which was weird but STILL didn't bother me. However, I got my nails

I have been here 3 times so far First time I had a nice girl named Kelly who did a good job with my nails. Then Kai did my nails and he did a decent job. Most recently I had a girl name Sue, and she did an amazing job. I payed the extra 10$ for a spa pedicure and boy was it worth it She did such a great job. I am happy that I have found this place. I dont do gels but I have seen people next to me who have and theirs looked great. This place is very clean the women are very nice and they good work
