We were first-time house buyers and just moved to North Carolina. When we met Phil for the first time, he asked us what kind of houses we would like and he took notes about our preferences, which made me think that he is a responsible and great listener as an agent. Stephenie and Phil were very responsive and helpful in explaining the house-hunting process in NC and making a good strategy for us.
Even when we could not find houses we like sometimes, they were understanding and very patient, suggesting other options.

This was my first home buying experience and I would not have dreamed it could go any better! Phil and Stephanie were amazing and took care of my husband and I every step of the way. They were always available for questions and showings, and made us feel so at ease. We found the perfect home and from the first showing to the official closing, they handled everything. Wow, what an exceptional pair of professionals! Ron and Brooke make an amazing team and compliment each other so well. From the first point of contact, Brooke will take the time to assess the details of your needs and wants, she is in constant communication every step of the process. Great place to work! Awesome leadership! Office team is made up of a very diverse group of people from different backgrounds. It really rounds out the atmosphere and everyone brings something beneficial to the team, whether is be a special skill or experience and knowledge. Everyone supports each other and works together to put clients best interest first.
