A life in motion is very much the same. A life in motion has direction, momentum, energy, and purpose. It is propelled forward by sheer inertia once it has a destination and gets a good shove in the right direction. When your Life is in Motion, you are moving forward. You are growing, experiencing and enjoying life, and taking advantage of the opportunities that come your way.

If you feel as though you're "stuck, " or have for one reason or another stopped moving forward in some aspect of your life, having a Life Coach in your corner may be just what you need to propel you forward. Life Coaching can help you get motivated; stay focused, and stay on track. If you want better results than what you're getting right now, then you've got to do something different-something better than you are right now.

A coach is an objective, nonjudgmental professional who gives you encouragement, support, advice, and strategy to win or perform at your very best. Let's face it - change is hard. Sometimes we choose change. Sometimes we don't, and change happens anyway. A coach can help guide you through the process of changing, adapting, growing, and even embracing the opportunities that are ahead when life changes direction, or you make a courageous decision.
You can expect your coaching sessions to run on the professional hour, for approximately 50 minutes per session. In some cases, 25 minutes is adequate to check in, get feedback about your progress, ask questions, clarify assignments, and get the resources you need.

For some people, one session per week for a couple of months is enough to get them moving in the right direction; for others, ongoing weekly sessions are necessary to keep them on track, and keep them from getting distracted, getting off track, or making excuses. You will call your Coach at your pre-scheduled appointment time.
Here's me in a nutshell: I absolutely love seeing others find their courage, make a decision, and take massive action to better themselves and their lives. My purpose (in career and in life) is to contribute to that journey. I started coaching in 2003 when I discovered that coaching was the perfect way to use my unique blend of skills and expertise in working with people through change and transition.
