Terrible experience!!! Made a 2:15pm appointment for their Spa Sampler package. Was sat in a chair and told they'd be with me shortly. 30minutes later another guest walks in, gets attention immediately and gets taken care of without a misstep while I'm still waiting. Shortly afterwards they start my Mani Pedi treatment. After they've finished, they let me know it'd be a short wait for my massage. Another 45minutes goes by and nothing. Only after I've stood up and I'm obviously upset by the wait time does the staff come up and say, just ten more minutes. At this point, it's been over two hours for

The staff at Melrose Day Spa took excellent care of our entire staff on a mid-day field trip for pedicures! We really enjoyed our time there. Each of the girls stated how satisfied they were with the pedicure services. I'm certain we will be going back.

I’ve been going here for a while now faithfully. Today I felt like I was rushed when it came to color selection on nails. The normal oils and things were not done. I left with stuff between my fingers and everything. Today was not normal and welcoming to me after continuous supporting the business. I’m undecided on if I will return.

Booked a work outing and they accommodated 7 of us at the same time for pedicures, which is unheard of ! They even had champagne/wine and silver balloons to make it festive. I also liked that it was spacious, comfy massage chairs, and didn't smell like polish remover etc. which happens at some places.
Great hot stone/milk & honey pedicure. We had a great time & will be back!

This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and personable. They are all so detailed and my nails always look great! I moved out of Dallas but I always try to stop here when I can, and always miss them when I'm at another salon. Like I said everyone is great, but I highly recommend Linda and Holly!

Hands down. Best place in Dallas. Look let's be honest. There are over 100 nail salons that can just do your nails. Melrose provides actual service. They provide an experience. If i am going to pay over 100 dollars for feet and nails...I am also expecting attention and comfort. Melrose provides all of this. 4 years strong.

I always go to Melrose day spa not only cause they have 20% off services Mon-Thurs but my favorite nail technician Ny is always ready to implement my crazy nail ideas and makes them look good. I recommend them 11/10! They maintain safety precautions especially during COVID and I trust that they will do a great job. Go ask for Ny if you get a chance to visit!

Melrose Day Spa is by far my favorite nail salon in Dallas. Each of their staff members does an exquisite job on manicures and pedicures. Trina and her brother (the owners) ensure each customer is treated like family. They have plenty of vino to go around as well
They are patient and effective and have great prices as well.
With COVID they allow for plenty of space between customers and all customers keep their masks on as well. They also do their usual effective dis-infecting which includes plastic bags in the pedicure bowls. Please be aware they are not honoring the 20% off during the week

One of the reasons I came to this nail salon is 20% off Monday - Wednesday promoting on the windows and online . I came on a Monday 2 pm . There was only 2 customers. I went for nexgen/ dipping manicure and they convinced me for a pedicure. Nails quick and easy by 3ish. He was done ! The pedicure lady on the other hand told me to my face that my toes are weird , flat and not curvy , she was having a difficult time applying nail polish. Ouch !! I've never had any issues anywhere.

So I'm a very adventurous nail person. I enjoy looking on Pinterest and choosing different colors and styles each month. And Judy always makes it a reality!
I can't say enough great things about her. She is really the best manicurist in Dallas, and I've tried a lot of people already. She's also friendly and manages to squeeze me in to her schedule when I call last minute. I actually followed her from her previous salon to Melrose Day Spa.
As far as the service at Melrose, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered drinks by two people. All their other clients

Let me start by saying - I've never written a nasty yelp review ever. But this one is in the best interest of Dallas residents.
If I wanted my nails to look like I painted them myself, I wouldn't have paid $50 + tip. Not only did the girl cut me and continue working like normal but the only cleanup she did was taking the polish off from UNDER MY FINGER. I gave up trying to explain the shape I wanted (which was just narrower on the top...not that hard) and don't know which part of "can we please file them down" she didn't understand.

Went to this wannabe-ritzy Uptown nail salon instead of going to my regular place for a dip manicure. The nail tech left dip polish under, on top of my nail bed and on my finger tips, to the right and left of the nail. I had to ask twice for it to be removed. The second time I asked she dug in between my nail and finger with HER FINGERNAIL very hard to get it out! I asked if she had a nail implement she could use instead of her fingernail. I got no answer. My nails still look like I did them myself!

If I could bring at least two of the folks working here home with me (preferably one of them being Jennifer, she does the best gel nails), I would trade an apartment, car or boyfriend for their amazing leg massages and nail service.
Every time I walk in, I tell myself - no pedicure this time. Every time I walk in, i see those amazing chairs and remember the relaxing moments I've shared with the people who work here. Serving me the finest of wines (Andre) and sometimes a margarita, I will go nowhere
