This is my relaxing safe haven in the city. The staff is incredible, the relaxation room allows for you to spend extra time with yourself before/after your service and there’s a handful of service offerings to choose from. I’ve also purchased skin care products from Riviera and I’m not kidding when I instantlyyy got compliments!!
Eboni is my absolute favorite massage therapist - both at riviera and from other spas - she’s so dedicated to making your body feel and functioning better, she’s a godsend. 12/10!! Book ASAP 👏🏽

I randomly booked here because I needed a last minute appointment this week. It worried me to get someone who wasn't already booked up but wow was I wrong. Cynthia was incredible! She rocked my world and helped me with my pain, had perfect pressure and communicated with me during the massage. She is so talented I know she can meet your needs! Highly recommend her.

The last two times I have visited Dallas, I have gone to Riviera Spa for a massage. Have enjoyed both visits and looking forward to my next visit. Best massage I have ever had. The Therapists are excellent, as is the customer service. Also enjoyed the waiting room with low lighting, soothing music and, of course, the Mimosa :)

My husband and I did a couples float and massage for his belated birthday… all I can say is this was my best massage experience ever. We were so pampered and relaxed. I loved every minute and am so grateful. My MT Jolene was so thoughtful about my massage and helped with my cesarean scar which was not something I was expecting at all. She really just wanted to help me and I am so so grateful. Wish we lived close enough to be frequent customers! If you’re considering going here, just do it!

When my wife and I arrived at this location we were not acknowledged nor greeted. The lady that walked in 3 minutes after us was nicely greeted and told that they'd be with her shortly. My wife called ahead and scheduled an appointment we arrived on time were told over the phone that only one form was needed. Different story when we were finally being helped. I filled out my own form which I guess would explain why our massage was not 50 full minutes but a little over 30 minutes. The couples room was extremely humid and hot. The massage my wife received was done before mine she was very dissatisfied

We purchased a couples massage for 50min ($235 with a $50 deposit at the time of booking). It was just...okay.
I think the ambiance would have been nice but there was a bride and a couple members of her bridal party in the waiting area - so they're "excitement" (if you will) - did not sit well if you wanted a few minutes to be calm and enjoy the relaxation room.
The massage itself was all right - not memorable - just all right.
They are pretty clean so I do give props for that. They also do temperature checks upon entering so you feel at ease that they are taking the necessary

My boyfriend and I last minute decided to get massages and we were able to get in day of! The front desk gal was witty and nice to talk to while booking the appointment. We had a quick lunch and headed over to Riviera. It was annoying we still had to wear masks upon entering and waiting, but what can you do. We were offered a mimosa and enjoyed that until Toby and Elizabeth greeted us in the waiting area. I've had hundreds of massages, of all styles and prices, and have also had some training in massage therapy. We were both extremely pleased with the experience and agreed that the attention

I would say this place was worth the try, but unfortunately not worth the money. One of the front desk representatives said that "the pod is not for everyone". I resonated with this sentiment in that it was overall just really boring and I was ready to get out, in fact I got out early and started walking to the front . I'll start with the positives; when I first got into the building I was offered him wine and the opportunity to wash my hands and to sit in a dimly lit relaxation area. Riviera Spa is my favorite spot in Dallas to escape to. I've lived in Dallas for 2 years and this past Christmas, I decided to gift myself a Membership.
My go-to masseuse is Nook. She's a 5 star masseuse who knows what she's doing. Without Nook, my back would be in all sorts of pain and knots.
Nook is appropriately personable and welcoming. I feel like she values my business and truly loves the work she does for her clients.
I'd recommend Riviera Spa to anyone who finds it on their own! I've enjoyed all of my services and time spent in this corner of Dallas.

The staff were really nice and attentive. I received the signature massage and while my therapist was extremely nice some of her techniques were subpar. I was a little disappointed that there was an automatic 20% gratuity added to each service as I probably wouldn't have left a $26 tip. Additionally, there was a couple talking right door to my massage room so it made it kind of difficult to fully relax. The waiting area was heated by a small space heater but other areas in the spa were quite chilly. I also did the float tank service and getting in and out the tank to shower was a super cold

Alas it's a one and done kind of place. It's a very scenic but that doesn't equate to a great experience. I came after they re-opened during COVID. I checked out the massage service as I was looking for a permanent place to visit a few times a month.
