The Miller Family has served over 100 years in the insurance profession beginning in 1920 with Gary's grandfather, Ray Miller Sr, a career Metropolitan Life Insurance Agent for 45 years! Gary represents the 3rd generation & started his career in insurance over 39 years ago, joining his father Ray Miller Jr's long standing and successful insurance practice which was founded in 1948.

We were in the path of the recent EF2 tornado. I corresponded by text with our agent, Jane, in the midst of turmoil. She established a claim for us immediately. Gary, the owner, was in touch, following up on details and we received a call from Charlotte, from the claim response team, soon after. We submitted photos as instructed. Charlotte scheduled a visit to our home. She gave thorough attention to our damage and a careful listing of all damages. A quick response with all documentation was received the same day, with the issuing of a first check within days. We are impressed with the service

The Miller team is a phenomenal group. I had approached Jane and Gary with a complex auto policy request, and they were able to assist me the entire way to binding. Jane is extremely pleasant and helpful in speaking with her initially to set up my coverage. Gary was absolutely professional and knowledgeable in assisting with my issues and walking me through the entire process, even offering to speak to my car dealership on my behalf regarding my insurance concerns. It was a pleasure to be able to work with them, and will certainly re-engage the Miller Group if/when I need coverage for anything
