Dr. Ward began her career as an Emergency Room Physician and has maintained Board Certification since 1997. As a board-certified ER Doctor, Dr. Ward has built a medical foundation and a vault of experience, that truly, puts her in a class by herself. In addition to expert cosmetic injections, Dr. Ward leads our team of providers, implements quality control systems, and personally consults with every patient prior to starting their services.
Although Dr. Olsson looks and feels extremely young for his age, he's been a practicing physician for 40+ years. As a primary care physician, Dr. Olsson was a founding member of Edmonds Family Medicine, which undoubtedly, was one of the busiest primary care facilities on the West Coast. At the height of its success, Dr. Olsson was introduced to cosmetic injections, and other non-invasive cosmetic services, and fell in love with the specialty.
Tiera has struggled with acne since the age of 12. After experiencing the impact acne can have on your life first-hand, she chose to use it as her motivation to become one of the most sought-after medical providers in our industry. On her lifelong quest for perfect skin, Tiera has spent much of her spare time continuing her education because it's her passion, and as they say, if you do something you love, you'll never work a day in your life.

Came in after purchasing a Groupon for laser hair removal and let me just say, after one visit I am already a loyal customer! The staff were so kind and helpful, took the time to explain the procedure to me and give me tips. I also love that they offer specials to their returning customers, not just new ones, so although the Groupon might get you in the door they definitely have incentives to stay.

Didn't particularly feel very comfortable here as a first timer. Generally on consult alone just felt intimidated by the staff whom didn't feel professional- I didn't feel like the lady listened to my concerns because every bit if advice was like a rebuttal to upsell me treatments as if she were rather a salesperson. I don't even believe she was any practicioner because she did not seem to have any knowledge of ingredients in cosmetics generally and instead kept trying to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of more prestigious products which technically have the same ingredients a person could get

I don't normally write reviews so a company either has to be really bad or really good to even get me to think about doing it. I have to say, Skintegrity has exceeded my expectations every time and I couldn't really be happier, and their exterior sign is great so you can't miss them. My friends suggested I go there and I'm sure they will probably end up doing this too because they love it. Anyway, everyone on the staff is extremely nice and they know you by name when you walk in the door. My skin looks better than I thought possible, they aren't the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff is SO attentive and sweet - every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. As for the actual treatment itself, I recommend Dr. Ward to the nth degree. This is my second time getting my lips filled by her and she has blown me away both times with how well they've turned out!! If I could give a sixth star I would. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!!!!

I can't say enough about this place. I came in a few month's ago wanting laser hair removal. And after talking to my amazing esthetician Tiera I decided to do the hair removal AND IPL on my face, neck, chest and arms. I turned 50 this year and I am coming out of Covid feeling like a 30 year old. Tiera is amazing! She literally removed most of my brown spots, broken capillaries and fine lines. Treatments are only as good as the technician. I feel that Tiera is an artist. The prices are also reasonable.

I was at Starbuck's one day and overheard two women talking about how great their skin looked and how fantastic Skintegrity was so I made a mental note, did an internet search, and made an appointment. The spa is very comfortable and clean and the staff is excellent, they make you feel comfortable and you can just tell how much they care about you and your skin. My skin looks fantastic and they definitely didn't disappoint, I wish I could thank those women and you will too!

It is always a good idea to visit multiple clinics and get different ideas on whatever procedure you want performed, especially if it is health related or anything getting done on a physical level. By comparing and contrasting, you are able to have a better idea of the different businesses that are run and you are more confident in choosing the right place for you. That's what I have done for a laser hair removal consult. I've definitely had a better (consult) experience elsewhere. I'll just leave it at that.

Once again I do not feel comfortable giving my full last name as with my first review you responded calling me a "fake", or a "fraud". I never felt comfortable calling when you insulted me and claimed what I said never even happened. Why would I call when you claimed I was lying to begin with?? Wow. Spectacular spa. I just moved to Seattle and I lucked out finding this place right off. I did a little calling around , this was the only place that seemed knowledgeable and even seemed to know what the laser I was calling about was. They didn't have it, but knew of it and after talking with the consultant, I was impressed me enough to want to come in. So glad I did. The spa was really clean , the whole staff was knowledgeable and so down to earth . I really felt good when I left and after my skin analysis with a complimentary little mask they put on my face, my skin feels pretty good too

I can't say enough about the staff, spa and my skin . I sopped around and was most impressed with this spa. I purchased a package of Fraxel treatments and they are pretty intense! . Tiera always takes her time with me. I numb for about an hour before getting zapped. It's a little me time tucked away in a room with provided netflix and wifi. I highly recommend going to Skintegrity Medspa in Kirkland if you are looking for a medical spa.

Great customer service, and my IPL rocked! I believe it was Tiera (?) who wielded the laser with expertise. Super thorough. I traveled from Whidbey Island, and it was well worth my time. Dr. Ward also took her time with me, prior to my treatment, to make sure I was a proper candidate. She knows her "stuff." Highly recommended!

When I first started coming here I was dealing with cystic acne that showed up in my mid-20s from seemingly nowhere. After chatting with Tiara, I was encouraged to look into other health issues and discovered I had both PCOS and Hypothyroidism.
After getting my hormones under control, the Chemical Peel and IPL treatments have made a HUGE difference in my skin. I am so glad I came here versus another Med Spa, where they might have just tried to sell me more products without looking at the bigger picture of health.
Unfortunately my adult acne left some scarring & redness

Terrible experience. It's been a while since my treatments now, but the first time I came in for my IPL appointment, at my appointment time, I had to wait 45 minutes before being seen and told they had to reschedule the treatment because of the potential negative reaction to a face cream I was using. Okay, that's frustrating but can be overlooked. The next time I come in and had to wait for a while again, but I had my treatment. Came to Skintegrity to get a peel and I loved it! Right when I walked in, I was greeted, signed some paperwork, and went in with the tech. Tiera was super funny and answered anything that I had asked her about the treatment/other treatments. She told me that after a couple days I should see results and I definitely did! Highly recommend Skintegrity for your skincare needs.

I came back in 2017 using a groupon for laser hair removal. The estithetician was very friendly, I had the same one through my sessions except my last session. On my second to last session I was offered a special about additional treatments and additional areas, I left scheduling my last appointment with the additional treatments to be started at my last appointment. I decided to forgo the additional treatments and areas, and just do my last session, conveniently I was scheduled to another estithetican without being told before had.

If I could give this horrible company no stars I would!!! This was my first time visiting this place and had high hopes after reading all the rave reviews. I purchased the Groupon for three chemical peels. I got a third degree burn on my upper lip. I haven't gotten chemical peels numerous times before at other medical spas with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want your face to get burned. I had the "peel" done on Thursday and my upper lip was burning excessively throughout the day, I thought it would subside but the next morning I had a major burn

The staff here are pushy salespeople. Makes for a very tense experience. I bought the Groupon to try IPL. First visit, they pushed me to by $1k more worth of services and products (before I'd even had anything done!) saying it was a limited deal. I'm glad I didn't buy anything because after the second visit, I left with squirrel cheeks for two days (so embarrassing!). Makes me wonder how qualified the technicians are.
Over all- I don't recommend this place. Your concerns and safety won't feel like their highest priority because your money is.
