Macspeedy's definitely has to top off the list as the WORST freight company ever. I ordered a parcel from the US last year in August. When I called to ask when it would be arriving in the country I was told there was no record of my parcel. I called a few days later and the parcel had appeared, 2 weeks later the parcel had disappeared again. I mean how on earth could you not have seen something weighing 8kgs? I provided all my information including tracking number but you could not help. I think legal action needs to be taken against you. Money does not fall from trees, be more responsible with
