Really nice place with professional guy! I got a screw stuck on my laptop when I tried to install hard drive by myself. I have been to other stores in downtown. They told me that no-one can get that screw out, however , computer hero did it in half hour! I really appreciate. Wish this place can be known by more people!

Lost key data on my desktop computer, including a ten years' worth of painstakingly gathered material for a planned book. Apparently failed to conduct thorough backup of register before working with it. Not recommended for difficult jobs (this was to remove the infamous A-Secure malware). May do OK on simpler tasks.
