Was having issues with my Mac talked to someone on the phone who said I was probably having hard drive issues he gave me a quote -- fine. Took my computer in and when picking it up a couple days later was told they could find nothing wrong. I asked if they were sure and reexplained the issues I was having. They said everything checked out fine. I brought it back home booted up about an hour later I'm experiencing the same problems. I want my money back.

Should be called Thieves and Crooks. Brought in a computer with 8 gigs of RAM and got back same computer with 4 gigs of RAM, after market RAM at that. No doubt RAM was switched at this shop. I don't say this lightly and I did a lot of research to make certain what I am saying is the truth. It is a shame that shops like this are able here to pray on customers. Need proof, read the review by Cheryl G. This shop couldn't clean her computer so they convinced her to buy a new computer from them. This place reminds me of crooked used car sales lots.
