Suboxone has been a very effective new treatment for opiod dependency in the last several years. Pittsburgh has always been a pioneer in new medical treatments, and Suboxone has been available in Pittsburgh now for a long time.
There are a few in-patient hospitals that provide Suboxone Pittsburgh, but the best out-patient facility, where you don't have to ever stay or miss work, is Journey Healthcare, located in Robinson Township and Murrysville, PA in Westmoreland County.A combination of Buprenorphine and Naloxone make up the drug called Suboxone, which is used to treat opiate addiction.

Vivitrol is a new, effective medication that is now available to treat both opiate and alcohol addiction. It blocks other opioids from acting on the receptors in the brain and can also help ease drug cravings. By blocking the effects of other opioids it takes away the pleasurable effect, which can help with preventing relapse.
Incorporating integrative psychiatric medicine into our Export/Greensburg office was an easy decision. During the time we started looking for a space to call home for Journey Healthcare East we got word that our friends at Seclairer P.C. were closing their office.

Ok, people--if you're going to listen to one review here, I implore you to listen to mine. I am different from the stereotypical "addict", and know more than most with having a medical/healthcare/pharmaceutical background. So,here it is flat out:

First impressions are everything and let me tell what I spoke to Michelle today to see what journey was about as I was very apprehensive and nervous where to start the process but man did she put my heart at ease. Not only is she the sweetest but I could tell by her voice as she was going over everything she could help with my situation that she was sincere and truly cared. She did not rush me and explained things very thoroughly and I am very oddly enough excited to start this "journey" with them.

I would highly recommend Journey healthcare to anyone struggling. As someone who has been to other facilities, nothing compares to this one. The place is extremely clean and well ran. They have drinks in their waiting room and toys for the kids (which you’re not afraid to bring)! They treat you like a person and actually spend time helping you meet your goals. The office manager Michelle is incredible and has helped me personally in so many ways I’m so thankful for! Amanda at the front desk is really kind and helpful as well, and I have never for one minute felt judged by this staff. The doctor

I'm so happy I made the switch to journey. The staff is awesome, Michelle is one of a kind and simply the best will go out of her way for you time and time again! The doctor is down to earth and amanda although new seems to know what she is doing and fits right in. Everything is cleaned and organized and they treat you like family. If your looking for actual help this is the place to go. #6yearscleanandcounting!!

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Journey Healthcare. My first contact was with Mike and Michelle. I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind they were and how fast they were at getting back to me. My appointment ran on time, the doctor was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The whole organization made me feel like they care about me as an individual, not just a patient. I would highly recommend this medical group.

This is the best clinic of its kind that my wife and I have found. The people are kind, caring, and thoughtful. They dont make you feel like your just a blight to rhe earth and I ha refer many people to this institution. The reason we give 4 out of 5 is they ( like many other institutions of this nature) are cash only for the visit.
