This is a very beautifully designed spa with people who know what their doing. Dr. Senger isn't your run of the mill spa guy. He's knows his stuff and truly wants you to be the best version of yourself. I am very pleased with my results and would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional and caring experience.

Such a beautiful atmosphere, I can spend all day in here! The IV lounge is super relaxing and I fell asleep!

I feel shaded. Heard about this place thru Groupon but skipped that Botox deal and planned on using the 1st timer 35% discount on their website because even though it was similar price, i thought it’d help the business to skip paying Groupon commissions. So even though they charge $13.50 per unit per their emails, they like to charge you per ‘area’ no matter how many units they use! Im 33 years old and dont need 60 units of botox in my face!! He wouldnt even tell me how many units he used when i asked him!! Side note, the owner isnt the friendliest and tried selling me fillers before he even

Their prices are also great, I looked around at other places and the doctor is very fair with his pricing. He has great, first time patient pricing and monthly promotions to help everyone get the procedures they need or want.

I love XS Med Spa! If you are looking for botox and/or fillers in the Fort Lauderdale area... Dr. Senger is the best and I cannot recommend this location enough. A friend of mine referred me to this office about a year ago, as I was driving to Miami for MedSpa services. I feel extremely comfortable with choosing XS MedSpa. Dr. Senger is professional and always makes me look and feel my best. He takes his time explaining your treatment/procedure and does not make you feel rushed. Best place for aesthetics in South Florida hands down, Chris is an MD, not a Nurse practicing like others do with filler and botox. He really cares and advises best things to do, never over does anything . The less is more attitude is strong here and comforting

What initially brought me into this facility was a Groupon offer a friend mentioned to me about - We were doing the (pre wedding - preventative aging) preparations anyways. I usually go to liquivida lounge but the earliest apt was not for 3 weeks. I called this place and they fit me in next day. I now know why. Dr. had an immediate bad attitude when a groupon was mentioned for botox telling me the price was for 40 units in one area. I explained I did not want 40 units in one area in fact i wanted 50 units in 3 areas and was fine with paying the additional 10 units. He did not want to hear any of this and the upselling began. Botox is sold by the unit it makes no difference if its applied to your forehead or eye area. Limiting 40 units to one area is a total scam and

If I could give them zero stars I would. Beware this doc is a con artist fraud. I told him I had a Groupon and that I did not want any extra Botox done. I confirmed when I got the appointment that I don't need to purchase anything extra. When I went to check out he billed me for an extra -$300+. I was in shock and disbelief. The staff is in on it. When I pleaded w the office Mgr/employee she stated nonchalantly that she wasn't in the room w us. He started attacking me while I was w my children and in a panic left. XS has exceedingly surpassed ALL of the Med spas I have been to here in Florida, Chicago, NY & SoCal. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile from delightful Krystal. It is wonderful to have an ER RN administer 1 of the wonderful Vitamin IVs or a Cold Sculpt to a less then perfect area. And THE BOMB, Dr. Chris Singer is truly an artist with my fillers or Botox. I love the natural look he uses with me. He has helped me to achieve a gracefulness to aging, which is difficult when you were always beautiful.

Again and again, Dr. Senger and his nurse, Crystal, provide excellent service and are both consumate professionals. I have even adopted Frosty, as my therapy dog!
I can definitely say my face looks the best it has in years. My injectable protocol is alao great and I look forward to each visit knowing I will learn something new about anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Hands down, Dr. Senger is the best!

Not the greatest experience. They have a beautiful office that's a real treat it's very relaxing as well.
The doctor was very rough and I feel like he was stabbing me with a needle. I was getting Botox I know is extremely uncomfortable. Plus I had bruising.
Plus they gave me more Botox than I normally get, it wasn't discussed with me before hand. So I ended up having to pay an extra $200. I wouldn't go back there again.

Came in for a consult and left with cheek filler and botox. Best Xmas present ever, significant others take note (lol)
Both the receptionist and doctor were SO nice. I'm always really nervous for filler, which I imagine is extremely annoying, but the Dr. was so patient and even numbed my cheeks for longer than necessary to lessen my nerves. It was pretty painless and so fast.
I look and feel refreshed. So happy! They have nice Groupons and specials, as well!

I came in for the first time last week to get my lips plumped up. I had had the procedure done many times before but apprehensive to see someone new... dr. Senger did an excellent job. I’m very happy with my lips and would go back.
The place was very clean, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was there was a really strong smell ... like a cheap perfume you would wear in high school. It was so strong I took a shower when I got home. The smell was in my clothes. ... and I wish that they would give mini ice packs to take home like most offices to prevent bruising. But overall I would recommend this

Always a bit nervous when going into a procedure especially when it’s done on your face... but the staff (Crystal in particular) was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the procedure, what to expect and quite literally held my hand through the process! The doctor has perfection down to a key and was not only a great injector (never even left a bruise!!) but he was gentle and kind. They have a beautiful clean office and smelled refreshing.
