Katie was a charm. She answered all of my questions before the actual consultation. When I arrived, Olivia assisted me with everything. Ok so somebody from management or owner replied to my review then he personally called me we had like a 30 minute conversation he heard and understood why I felt upset, he gave me options to try other programs because my body wasn’t responding well to the pills, I wanted to give it another chance so I got a refill, I’m happier now, the girl that sits with you and talks about the foods and all that offered to sit with me go over all those things so I could be more knowledgeable about what to eat, I was upset because nobody reached to me or tried to hear me whenever I complained
