Seaside Sliders catered our wedding of about 130 people and I cannot say enough good things about them! Anthony and Rosa are so amazing to work with and the food was so yummy. My friends cannot stop talking about the loaded tater tots. They were the first and only caterer we met with face to face during our wedding planning process.

Created and founded by the owners of Mr. Frosty's, Seaside Sliders is a new, innovative food truck hand-crafting delicious food! Our award winning "Beach Burger" recipes, curated by food network chopped champion Chef Marc Anthony Bynum are back! Our servers then put the food out in small batches "buffet style" where guests can take and eat whatever they would like!

Hands down, Ant and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Our wedding would have not been the same without their incredible food, service, vibe, you name it. The compliments from our guests were pouring in…and STILL DO until this day — they can’t stop talking about the food from our wedding. But also the people. And we agree. His team is top-notch. We had an amazing Surprise “ Margaritaville “ 50th Birthday Party ! This isn’t a food truck this is a homemade , fresh and incredibly delicious catering service that happens to be in a truck . Anthony and his team where THE BEST never mind the food being plentiful and perfect so were they . They are organized, Clean , attentive and the presentation was beautiful. They even had the music for the party all ready to go without me even mentioning it . Everyone raved about the food and the whole experience of Seaside Sliders !

My daughter hired Seaside Sliders for her sons first birthday party. The food was outrageously delicious, the servers were so friendly and organized. Everyone was so full! I would have loved to have eaten more, which I was able to do the next day because they nicely labeled and packaged up all the leftovers. Did I mention the sundae bar? So good. I would recommend these caterers in a minute. Worth every penny.

The entire experience with Seaside Sliders far exceeded my expectations! Food was delicious. I got so many compliments from my guests. Anthony and his crew showed up right on time. It's been a year since our party - I can't believe I didn't review! Covid was coming straight at us - Ant and his team came through and delivered big. Reliable, on-time, professional, and the food was AWESOME! Everyone had one dish or another they mentioned after event that they loved. I booked SSFT from other reviews, was so glad I did. Just shared Anthony's info with one of last years guests for a party of their own. Highly recommend! Thank you SSFT!

We can’t say enough amazing things about Anthony and his crew. We had a 90th birthday party for my Dad at the same time as a 70th wedding anniversary for my Mom and Dad. After finding Seaside Sliders on a food truck search and sending Anthony an email, he responded immediately. As well as all the emails sent.
We were happy with the way it works. Pick the menu and the rest is on them. No line waiting, they make small batches and serve the food from behind plexiglass during this COVID time which made thing safe. And the food? AMAZING. The clams for the sliders were the freshest we ever had. Pulled

There aren't enough stars for how amazing Anthony and his team are! I used them for my husband's outdoor birthday in our yard and can't say enough good things about them. They are friendly, professional, attentive, and the food is amazing. Throughout the process, Anthony was so responsive with suggestions and answering question. With the current health concerns, we wanted to use a vendor who would be handling the food/serving it in the safest possible way for themselves and our small group of guests. Hiring Seaside Sliders for my son's first birthday party was honestly the best decision we could have made. We had about 60 guests and every one of them raved about the food! Not only did everything taste amazing but they presented it beautifully and it was consistently replenished. Their staff was so kind, accommodating and professional. SeaSide Sliders catered our wedding. This was the best food anyone had eaten at a wedding before. They are as unique as they are delicious. The owners and the entire staff were very helpful throughout the entire process. We will surely be using them again at the next event we cater.
People have still be raving about the desserts as well.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Anthony and his team were fabulous from the get go. Always super responsive to our emails, answered all our questions and made great suggestions. We just had them cater our daughter's bat mitzvah and they were perfection. Not only are they as accommodating as you could possibly need, they were right on time, gracious, friendly and best of all - the food was delicious and seemingly endless. After dinner we opted for a sundae bar that was jam packed with ice cream (we were able to pick 4 choices from a list of 25-30 options) at least 10 bowls of toppings

On May 4th we had the team from Seaside Sliders cater our sons first birthday party. We had 82 guests including us. Everything was amazing. From the custom cocktail hour that we wanted to the salads and sliders everything was great! The biggest complaint we heard from our guests was they were too full. They do there own table set up with cutlery, napkins, condiments etc on tables they bring and offer tents to set up. I highly recommend the Seaside Sliders for anyones party/event. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again to Anthony and team for the excellent food and service!!!

Seaside Sliders catered an Event at our Showroom last week for 80 guests.
They were on time, professional, and the food was delicious! Anthony and his team could not have been more accommodating, even preparing a special plate of tots for a guest that is vegetarian. I highly recommend Seaside Sliders to anyone hosting an event and will definitely use them again in the future!

Everything about Seaside Sliders was great! They catered my backyard wedding of 60 guests. From the minute we went for a tasting, we knew we were in good hands. Great communication throughout and super accommodating with the menu to fit our guests allergies and preferences! We can't wait to be able to host another party for them to cater!

I very rarely leave reviews but had to share what amazing job Anthony and his crew did for my daughters graduation party. The food was incredible! Fantastic, perfect! Seaside Sliders just finished catering our annual summer bash and there is not enough I can say about how great they are. The staff, the food, the setup, all perfect. I cannot recommend them enough, they made feeding 75 people for 4 hours seem easy. I can't wait until next summer!

Anthony and his team were phenomenal. We hired seaside sliders for our annual teacher appreciation lunch for approx 50 ppl. Anthony responds immediately to emails so we were never left guessing about any aspect of our event. The food was delicious and a huge hit with our teachers. They were on time, prepared plenty of salads and sliders, brought all utensils and paper goods and cleaned everything up. Food was fresh and delicious. Thanks Anthony for a great lunch!

Great truck. Had their catering at a large event and they brought a great crew that was well prepared for a 150+ crowd. They were constantly putting out sliders that were cooked exceptionally and were friendly and helpful to those that had dietary restrictions and needed a modified dish. Loaded tots were excellent. Well stocked condiments bar. They also provided an ice cream bar that had loads of sundae options and four different flavors of ice cream which were all incredible. Would definitely recommend.

I would absolutely recommend the Seaside Slider truck and crew! They catered a parent fundraiser for my children's school in Greenwich, CT and the guests could not say enough good things about the food. They were like a well oiled machine, on-time, efficient, and coordinated. The addition of Seaside Sliders to our event really made it special. Anthony and Rosa were so friendly and professional, I am already planning to book them again for next year's event!

We had a wonderful experience with Seaside Sliders on July 2nd. Anthony Luciani, the owner of the company, was quick to respond to my questions, and super easy to work with!
