Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and picking up your medications? If you answered yes, you may benefit from medication synchronization. Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.
Very grateful for Tompkinsville Drug! When my mom was terminally ill the staff went above and beyond to see she had what she needed. They didn't care if it was on a Sunday, she always had her medicine on time. My family and I are blessed with such wonderful people who care! We have had this pharmacy for years!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I had a prescription transferred to them when I moved from another state. They transferred it wrong, refused to call to verify the error, threatened me that they wouldn’t fill it at all when I argued the point, told me they knew more than my doctors, and when my doctor called them to give them the correct info I got a call from my doctor saying they were the rudest and most uncooperative people they’d ever dealt with. When I brought paper proof they had made an error they still refused to correct it. My medication is a collaboration between John’s Hopkins
