Consultations are the best way to meet our team and discuss your needs with our double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Sirius K. Yoo. A consultation is an initial meeting between you and the surgeon to discuss your desired appearance. Dr. Yoo will evaluate your needs and wants and formulate a plan based on your individual anatomy.
Our community, 4S Ranch, is bordered by Rancho Santa Fe to the west and Rancho Bernardo to the east. We are in the 4S Health Center, on the corner of Camino Del Norte and Dove Canyon, next door to the 4S Commons shopping center and directly across the street from LA Fitness. If it is your first time visiting us, we recommend using the below directions rather than plugging our address into your GPS system.
Kristen is SKY's resident nurse practitioner, providing expert injections and laser treatments. Kristen has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2001 and is highly skilled and experienced with facial injectables and laser treatments. Kristen graduated with her Master of Science Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh where she was a teaching assistant for undergraduate nursing students.

I only came for a consultation. My first time and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was so kind and professional. I was expecting a book now vibe. Not at all the case here. They encourage you to research and consult with other surgeons. They stressed how important this decision is and want you to be 100% sure and comfortable. What a great first experience.

A year out and I’m very pleased with the results! You never know with rhinoplasty if it is going to look like an obvious surgery. My nose looks natural and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Yoo was referred to me by some of the best doctors in San Diego. He has so much integrity. I have heard stories of him discouraging people from having plastic surgery, or even refusing it, in those situations where he didn't think something was healthy about the situation. Such a relief to find a doctor with integrity. And yes, the referral from Dr. Vierra -- one of the best dermatologists in town -- meant a lot to me. Same same when it was echoed by two other doctors.

Omg! So I got my rhinoplasty today at 6am , and I know everyone is different but I’ve had no discomfort at all or pain & it’s so noticeable already my nose looks so different 😭🙏🏼🙌🏻♥️ I Highly recommend them such they are amazing, very professional and such a caring staff I loved my whole experience. (Got lip fillers and had zero pain. Also in October I had lip fillers & there still looking plumped) THANK YOU! So much you truly doing a change in people’s life🤗🎀
