Best agent I've ever worked with, he helped us buy our current home and short sell our old town home. We had different banks for our 2 town home loans and somehow Marc negotiated agreeable terms to all parties and we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket to settle. I'm not sure how he did it but we are grateful. On top of all that he still drops off care packages when he's in the neighborhood - you won't be disappointed.

I'm happy to have had Marc Gallardo for our realtor.
