We meet with every one of them to carefully screen and interview them. We test them, check their references and do a series of criminal background checks on them. Phil Waga is co-owner and co-president of The Perfect Home Care. His interest in the elder care industry stems from personal experience as his mother suffered from Alzheimer's. During his mother's long bout with the disease, it become obvious that quality of life improved as a result of in-home care provided by compassionate caregivers.
The collective experience of our caregivers can be measured in decades. They've encountered virtually every scenario over those many years, acquiring hands-on knowledge and skills that transcend text books. At The Perfect Home Care, we recognize that such experience is invaluable. So we've established an advisor program that allows us to leverage the know-how of our most experienced caregivers.
