They are awesome! Rich took our computer in after being at another local computer shop that did not fix our computer. It took them 6 days with no results and Rich fixed our computer in less than a day with a much less price to repair! He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! We would recommend them in a heart beat! Thank you from very satisfied customers!

I recently had to buy a computer, and I went to 29th parallel. Rich and his father (also Rich) were both very helpful. I got a good deal on my (used) computer, and when I went back twice for help, I got the help I needed. Unfortuneately, it broke after a couple of days, and they were unable to fix it. I took it back and got a refund.
