Very poor communication. I arranged ride for three people and the van they sent could only transport two. So someone couldn't go on our trip. The vans are dirty and smell bad. They were 20 minutes late picking us up as well. I absolutely do NOT recommend them.

My return driver didn't arrive until an hour after I called for a pickup. He was more interested in getting something to eat than getting me home -- he tried to convince me to pickup food with him before he dropped me off. The company then charged me an additional $45 for rush hour service when: 1) There was no major traffic, 2) If the driver hadn't been late, I would have been home before rush hour, 3) They never informed me there would be a charge for rush hour service. CATS employees are Good but the LEADERSHIP is 'BAD' !!!!😖😖
At first the Service is great but over time you realize they are no better than a Cab!!
Here is a real Example:
I contact the LEADER of CATS, by e-mail in advance to notify them of an address change
When I get dropped OFF!! All the 'Leader' had to say & state was ' Sorry we 'CAN'T' it's to busy or otherwise.
He sends me a response what are the Details!!
& IF someone is going to pick me up!
I respond 'Yes, Correct. Thank you!!
All moral people would assume that
' NO RESPONSE ' back otherwise is like we have an understanding

CATS is hands down the best specialized transportation company in this area. We have used other medical transport companies and there is no comparison. CATS has the best drivers, the best rates, and they are a godsend for my family when getting my mother to her medical appointments. The drivers are reliable, friendly, courteous, and very gentle on every trip. My mother is confined to a wheelchair and we use CATS at least twice a week. Thank you to everyone there at CATS for making our lives easier!
