Caution!! BAIT-AND-SWITCH!! Do not trust them! Called the company to get a quote on a trip from the airport to my hotel ($80-90). They sent out a driver then proceeded to TRIPLE their quoted price while in transit! Contacted the company 15 minutes into the drive as the meter was flying upward and was told not to worry about the meter, they were going to discount the fare. Instead, the company refused to honor their admitted quote and offered a pathetic 10% discount. $80-90 apparently means well over $200!! Save yourself money (and from being scammed) and just order an Uber.

This is a fake company. I reserved a pick up on their website the night before. They did not dispatch any cab to pick me up. Their excuses were ridiculous. They said they called me, but my phone never received a call. They said they’d send someone but would take 30 minutes to arrive. I was in a pinch at that point so had to take it. That car didn’t arrive either. They said no one responded to the dispatch. And no they didn’t call to inform me of that. Then they hung up on me. I was courteous. There was no reason to drop the call.

Dulles Express Cab is a top notch Cab services provider. My booking took less than 2 hours to get sorted, and I was called straight away by their customer rep to validate my payment. I had a smooth ride, and the driver was very diligent in the way he addressed me occasionally. No much to say but to recommend them to anyone that wants to book a cab around Leesburg and its environs.

It was an excellent ride. The driver was very polite and outgoing. Like most rides the drivers are always quiet but my driver talked to me. It was a 15 mins ride but he was very courteous. He drove safely and opened the door for me. I will definitely use the service of Dulles Express Cab again when needed.

Last weekend booked this taxi to go out with friends. One of my friends arranged the Dulles Express Cab was best start with the unforgettable experience. When he told he booked a cheaper cab, we were angry with him thinking about the quality. But when the cab arrived we all surprised with the good interiors and it was the best choice. Dulles express Cab is indeed one of the best service here in Washington. They are always on time and have very welcoming and friendly drivers. Their service is simply the best. The space in the car was enough for my luggage and interior-wise the car was quite comfortable. The driver arrived on time and took me to my destination on time. To be honest the Dulles express cab is the better and cheaper version of the service provided by the Uber. I recommend it to everyone to at least try it once, will use it soon,

I want to share my experience with this cab service here. On my last visit to US, my uncle recommended Dulles Express Cab. For airport transfer we utilized Dulles Express Cab facility. Very professional service and price was cheaper than other cabs. Driver was friendly and had good knowledge of root. The car was nice and clean. Journey was safe and comfortable and we’ll go for their service every time we visit US. I highly recommend this cab service.
