Charlie's first job after graduating from Princeton University and William Mitchell college of law was working for an international law firm, where he worked on complex cases, representing multinational businesses, to small and medium-sized local businesses. Charlie sought out opportunities to get out of the office and into court, where represented clients and litigated cases from New York to California to Texas.
With a background in business, Adam J. Almen combines his business experience in advocating for his clients. Adam managed a family business with over 40 franchises before starting a medical device company. Adam has been fortunate to work with some of the top litigators in the Twin Cities including serving hundreds of clients in a mass tort that resulted in an eight figure payout.

Matt and Jen were awesome! I would call or email Matt whenever I had a question or concern. He would always respond back in a timely manner, answering my questions. The process itself took around 9 month’s, however I walked away a very satisfied woman!!! Matt is the go to guy...and Jen is great too. Charlie is an intelligent, highly skilled and caring person who listened to me and advised me when a larger firm turned me down. Ultimately I decided to not pursue my claim any further, as my case was weak considering the employment contract I had signed. Often, justice and money are what we are seeking, but sometimes we also need someone to take us seriously. An attorney who sees the person in addition to the $$$$ signs. I would not hesitate to hire Charlie in the future if the need ever arises. I can assure you that anyone who has him as their attorney and advocate is in excellent hands.

Let's just say Mr Gilbert seem to have a magic wand that could detect BS, and he cut right through all of it. My divorce had many twists and turns, and Military requirements and forms, everything went as well as I could have hoped for. Points about Mr Gilbert that I liked: He made me feel safe, when I should not have felt safe, never made me feel like I was pressured to make any decision, he was prepared and he had a great delivery.
