This 5-day course is for those involved with supervising workers who are conducting removal, encapsulation, enclosure and repair of asbestos-containing materials. It satisfies the training requirements of OSHA/Cal-OSHA's Class I and II Competent Person training for asbestos as well as EPA's Model Accreditation Plan (AHERA) training.
Comprehensive and/or component-specific asbestos surveys from all types of residential properties to large commercial buildings. Abatement oversight during renovation or demolition activities which impact asbestos-containing materials. Conduct final visual inspections and clearance monitoring prior to occupancy for each area.
