New patient, waited 50 minutes to be seen. Wanted to charge $35 for pictures of my eyes that my old doctor does for free. Because I waited so long, they decided to do pictures for free and front desk rep thought it was a pity offer as she said “awww” when the doctor told her the plan. Then she ran my contacts order and told me a price for contacts I’ve never heard in the 20 years I’ve worn contacts. Asked for my scripts and left and will never be back. I had my first ever eye exam here today and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Easy check in, very thorough with sanitizing precautions, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone there went above and beyond. You don’t find that many places. Thank you Dr. Henry and staff for making my first eye exam a pleasant one!! We have rescheduled my children's appointments four times in the three months because they keep changing their schedules. They had told us that one parent could bring both children to an appointment. The day before our fifth try for an appointment they called to tell us that we now need both parents at the facility because they can no longer allow one parent to bring both children although they are all masked and from the same household and have to wait in the car prior to the appointment. Their management and front desk staff has been very rude and unpleasant during the rescheduling process over

Love this place! I have seen Dr. Murphy and Dr. Henry over the past 5 years and they are both amazing! You can tell they truly care about their patients and have a real passion for what they do. Even during these crazy times they have somehow managed to be accommodating while keeping everyone as safe as possible. Kudos to the whole staff for that! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been going here since I was a child. No complaints until recently. Horrible customer service experience with the pandemic. Called to try and order contacts until I could see a physician, the woman who answered was not helpful and basically said there was nothing she could do for me until August 15. Due to the type of work I do I am unable to wear glasses and it is not safe to rewear daily disposable contacts.

I have been going to Dr. Henry for 4 years. I found him when we moved to the area based on all the favorable reviews. He is the best eye doctor. He works with you to make sure you are getting the best contact lenses for your situation. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
