Louis is awesome! I was running late, arrived 1 minute to close. I was there to pay my tab & receive my keys. I asked if he had the kind of power steering fluid that my Mercedes takes, he said yeah, went & grabbed 2 cans of it & came outside & assisted me with the car I was picking up & the car I came in. He actually took time to look & see what the problem was, (His shop put a new motor in my Mercedes about 2 years ago. Did a great job!) although he should have been locking up & headed home, (did I mention that it was on a friday). Very kind, friendly & helpful.

Top notch service from Lewis and team. I've been to many auto repair shops in town, and do extensive homework prior to turning over my keys. These guys are among the most honest and fairly priced in town. Can't recommend them highly enough. I had an electrical issue that they chased down until it was fixed. Another dash repair issue that the fixed on the spot. For auto body work, their sister shop in Minnetonka is equally as good. Check them out.

Creative Auto and Steve in particular have been nothing but outstanding every time I need something done. Competitive pricing, quality work, and friendly to work with. For minor issues I've had the work done for free and sent on my way. Bringing my vehicles here does not cause any of the normal dread that comes with car repairs. Highly recommended.
