Our shop is all about family. Floyd Stiele started Hopkins Auto Body 1 back in 1962. His sons Ed, Jerry, and Dale took over the business and ran it until a few years ago. Currently, Jerald Stiele, Floyd's grandson, runs the business with many of the employees who have been here for years! Jerald is a third generation employee of Hopkins Auto Body 1. Hopkins Auto Body 1 began with a passion for cars and helping customers.

The work they did was decent (wouldn't say perfect) but it was honestly easier to work with my insurance then them. One of them tried to tell me that they couldn't do something because of how my insurance would need to file it, this was after I talked to my insurance and they said to just add it on as it was part of the accident. I also had a permanent fog on one of my windows now even though they were just working on my bumper. I think I'll find a different place in the future, which is really unfortunate because the people at the front of the store were really nice and friendly.

I worked with Jake to have several of my fleet vehicles windshields replaced. He was fast to respond, worked through supply issues, and got my trucks back on the road quickly. The install team was on time and professional as well. If you need your fleet serviced or have a personal vehicle needing anything from a windshield to bodywork done I would highly recommend Jake and his team!

WOW, this place rocks! I just needed a simple glass repair and they got me in the same day I called when everyone else was at least three days out. I also had a blinker bulb that needed replacement and they offered to throw it in for FREE, they just needed a new bulb, which they didn't stock. So, they let me borrow their loaner car to go buy the bulb while the did the glass repair. I got the bulb, brought it back, and they fixed it on the spot. Who does that kind of stuff anymore? I'm blown away by their honesty, generosity and friendliness.

If you're hit by a deer... you gotta go here! We've had Hopkins Auto Body do work on our vehicles in the past and when our daughter was hit by a deer we went right there. Considering it was an older car we didn't see the need to get a lot of work done to it - just make it functional again. The team at Hopkins Auto Body really understood our needs and took care of the dents and even addressed some paint issues while they were at it. Pricing was better than anyone but the service and attention to the work and customer needs was priority for everyone. Great job Craig, Jerold and Jennifer and thanks

As a long time auto repair shop owner it is difficult to find business’ that share the same ethics and values as you do. They do what they say they will do, have fair prices, and do top quality work. They are the only body shop I use after 26 years in the auto business myself. Happy with their new glass replacement service as well. Highly recommend, high class, well run business.
