Last Friday 9/13/19 I went to their shop to request two metal 2x4x4 posts fabricated for my dump trailer. Joe, who seemed like he wanted to help said they could make the studs by Monday or Tuesday the following week. Today, I called in the morning to get a status on the order and let Joe know that today was my last day in town as I would be wrapping up my project. This gave them two additional days to deliver on their promise. He said he would have the shop get on it and call me in a couple hours.
