As a family-owned senior living community, we empower all staff members to make Connemara a friendly, clean, comfortable home for our residents. Connemara offers three customizable senior living programs that allow us to support our residents over time, even as their needs change. We take pride in the fact that we are an affordable option compared to other assisted living facilities in our area.
Yes, we have a Service & Residency Agreement that needs to be signed. A copy is given to you at the time of your intial tour; then again prior to move-in for your signature. Residents can terminate the agreement by providing a 60-day cancellation notice. Connemara Senior Living is intelligently priced and more affordable than other area assisted living communities.
My father seems to be very content since he moved in there. The people treat him very well and he's made new friends and my family is very happy because he's happy. He's made a lot of new friends and that's good for him because it could become very lonely, if you don't mix and mingle. He's very happy with all the assistance that he gets from all the helpers that are there.
Our assisted living program offers several service plans to give our seniors the precise support they need with daily tasks and personal care. Each resident's service plan is determined by an initial evaluation upon admission to Connemara. A reassessment happens after the first thirty days, ensuring that proper measures are in place to allow residents to safely maintain as much freedom as possible for as long as possible.
