U-haul was the first rental company in the business and has great communications & customer service. U-haul even has a trailer that a client can pull this crate with a regular trailer hitch for about $10. Door to Door was the first in the business to use this military crate idea for residential storage, local Western Washington storage only.

Tom is the kind of guy that you feel like you've known him forever about five minutes after you meet him. His quote for our move was reasonable and he and his crew did a great job. They showed up on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. My 2100 square foot house was packed, on the truck and unloaded into my storage unit in less than six hours. (Maple Valley to Enumclaw move). They took great care to ensure that everything was wrapped and properly protected. I'll be calling him again when we are ready to move into our new home.

Tom and his crew has moved me twice. I don't plan on ever moving again, but if I do, Tom will have my business again. He works with the client to make sure you are happy with every aspect of the move. He rescheduled when my closing date changed and made it seem that there was absolutely no problem doing so, although I know it was inconvenient. Not a scratch on anything and his rates are very fair! Tom is a rock star!
