Critical: Quality
Absolutely hideous! My nails look horrible and I paid $90 for them. I really wanted to walk out and not pay but you can't really do that in this day and age. It was terrible, the worst, I'll never go back please don't go you'll regret it.

My daughter and I went in to have a mani and pedi done. We didn’t set an appointment. We were instructed to pick out our colors and they will be right with us. We waited 30 minutes. Within the 30 minutes, four girls came in without appointments. They were instantly helped as we waited patiently for them to help us. I’m giving a one star because it will not allow me to give any less. Worst service ever!

Debbie gave me the worst gel manicure I have ever had in my life, and I get them all the time. Not only did she have no idea what she was doing, it took forever and I left without the rest of the massage part because it took so long and was so bad. Came home with gel stuck to my fingers everywhere. I will never go back.

Fungus! But first, I was supposed to have a "grand opening discount," but was charged ridiculously "extra" for gems. I asked for acrylic wanting a glitter fade, but they "painted on the color." It still looked nice but the inexperienced young lady took nearly 3 hours. Lastly, my nails HURT for 2 weeks, I took them off to find my healthy nails were ALL destroyed with FUNGUS. I'm 100% positive it happened there.
